Attempts at Haiku Poetry

Blue serene sky shines,
Flock of pigeons soaking warmth,
Sitting wings wide spread

Smoky copper pot,
Simmering masala tea,
Sipping a coffee

Drizzling evening rain,
Chilly peach iced tea — I sip,
Smiling wide he stands

Wet roads, late morning,
Still, I stood looking, shop shut,
His smile — memory

Sunkissed marigold,
Lull in breeze, swaying motionless
On the balcony
